No Pornographic Content: We do not publish apps with pornographic or adult content.
Google Play Compliance: You must adhere to all Google Play policies, including but not limited to Content Policy, Privacy Policy, and Developer Terms. This ensures your app remains safe, legal, and user-friendly.

1. Definitions

SORSAWO: The service provider facilitating Android app publishing through our official Google Play Developer account.
Client: Any individual or entity using SORSAWO’s services.
Service: The process of publishing Android apps on Google Play via SORSAWO’s developer account.

2. Services Provided

Clients may submit Android apps for publication through SORSAWO’s Google Play Developer account.
Access provided is limited to draft-level only, not full developer account access.
Apps remain active as long as SORSAWO’s developer account is in good standing and rental fees are paid.

3. Fees & Payments

One-time Release Fee: Charged after an app is successfully published.
Weekly Rental Fee applies after publication.
Late Payments: Tolerated up to 1 day; beyond that, service may be terminated and the app may be deactivated.
Non-refundable Fees, unless explicitly stated in writing by SORSAWO.

4. Prohibited Content

Clients are strictly prohibited from submitting apps containing or promoting:

Gambling, betting, or related activities.
Pornography, sexual exploitation, or adult content.
Malware, spyware, or harmful software.
Illegal, discriminatory, or copyright-infringing content.

Violations will result in:

Publication refusal.
Immediate service termination.
Revoked access without refund.

5. Client Responsibilities

Ensure app legality, safety, and compliance.
Provide all required assets (APK/AAB, icons, screenshots, descriptions, etc.).
Accept full responsibility for legal claims, penalties, or damages arising from the app.

6. SORSAWO’s Limitations

We reserve the right to reject apps violating laws or Google Play policies.
We do not guarantee transfer services beyond stated terms.
We are not responsible for suspensions or removals by Google due to client content.
Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

7. Indemnification & Disclaimer

Clients agree to indemnify and hold SORSAWO harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their apps.
SORSAWO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Dispute Resolution

All disputes must first be resolved amicably.
If no resolution is reached, cooperation will be terminated and the last payment may be refunded as per policy.
After refund, the issue will be considered fully settled without further obligations.
